2010 NBA All-Star Snubs

Dude's averaging 1.6 .2 and .2. Seriously, WTF?

(That's the only photo of Matt Carroll in Mavs gear that I found on Google. Even his NBA page isn't updated. Check it...)

sooner or later

we had to know that party lovin' Josh Howard (haven't we traded him yet?) and T.O. were going to throw a weird "black tie" party on the day of the All-Star game at a rock and roll venue. good luck, dudes

All-Star Saturday Night, Dallas

unless you've been under a rock or in Iraq then you know how bad the events of the NBA All-Star Saturday Night have been. the dunk contest is the only event worth watching. I wanna change that (originally I wanted a blacks vs. whites game but our legal department told me there's no clear way to determine the blackness of Jason Kidd, Deron Williams or Tim Duncan and there's also no clear way to determine the whiteness of Manu, Dirk, Pau or Tony Parker. they also said that the whole idea would be frowned upon at best- I hate frowning. so...) I want Dallas to lead the way with the NEW NBA ALL SUPER WORLD PARTY STAR Saturday Night.

AMERICA VS. THE WORLD

TEAM AMERICA starting five-
Kobe
LeBron
Howard
CP3
D-Wade

TEAM WORLD starting five-
Pau
Dirk
Hedo
Tony Parker
Rubio

who do you like?
who gets the first foul?
would anyone get an offensive rebound?
who would be the leading scorer?
who wins?
we all do.

LOGOZ!

we're all a little too young to remember the 1986 All-Star game logo but the folks designing for the 2010 game are doin' their best to remind us of that game and a few other important Dallas icons

the below logo sorta remind of the above? thought the silver "DALL" and white "AS" was a cute way to highlight the fact that Dallas is hosting the All-Star game

the star logo has had many incarnations over the years, not exactly a Lone Star solute HELLO! Don Carter, this is all that's left of your beautiful hat. damn I miss that logo this logo seems to be an homage to the Lone Star State, the hosting Cowboys and Mavericks. I love this town.so who wants to take me to the dunk contest and game?!?!??
