Kobe Bryant scored 20 points in the Lakers' win over the Cavaliers Monday night, giving him 17,340 points scored during the George W. Bush administration -- the second-highest total by an NBA player during a single administration (83 points short of Alex English's 17,423 points during the Reagan administration).

The scoring leaders for each administration:
